‍Worcester, MA — A new chapter in Central Massachusetts entrepreneurship begins as Auxilium opens applications for its Innovation Studio, an in-person residency program lasting up to 12 months, built to empower early-stage founders with mentorship, funding, workspace, and tailored business support. The program will begin in Fall 2025, and applications will be accepted on a rolling basis starting August 6, 2025.

Backed by Rucker Investments and led by Executive Director Zachary Dutton, Auxilium's mission is to transform greater Worcester into a thriving hub for entrepreneurship. The Innovation Studio is the next major milestone in that journey, supporting ambitious, early-stage founders with the resources they need to go from concept to company.

About the Innovation Studio

The Innovation Studio provides early stage founders with the structure, space, and strategic guidance needed to launch successfully. Participants accepted into the program will receive:

• Milestone-based investment of up to $100,000
• Mentorship with experienced entrepreneurs and advisors.
• Access to workshops in areas like customer discovery, business model design, prototyping, and investor readiness.
• A collaborative workspace at Auxilium Worcester’s brand-new, state of the art facility at 311 Main Street, offered at no cost.
• Connections to a growing network of industry leaders, investors, and partners.

The program is open to both solo founders and teams with innovative ideas, a clear vision, and the determination to build something impactful. Founders from all sectors and backgrounds are encouraged to apply. During their time at the Innovation Studio, founders are expected to actively work on their businesses, with Auxilium serving as their primary workspace.
